B2B supply scope

SaiguTechs is an ergonomic office chair factory and supplier. We primarily serve importers distributors office furniture brands Amazon sellers project buyers and other bulk purchasers. Product information prices MOQ references images and specifications on this website are for quotation and communication purposes and may be updated without notice.

 

Quotations and orders

A purchase order is confirmed only after both parties agree in writing on product model quantity price payment terms packaging shipping terms destination production lead time and any OEM/ODM requirements. Final prices may vary based on order quantity material exchange rate customization freight destination and market conditions.

 

Samples and production

Sample details sample charges freight charges and sample lead time will be confirmed before arrangement. Mass production starts after order confirmation and any required deposit or written approval. Production lead times are estimates and may be affected by raw materials customization complexity inspection holidays shipping schedules or force majeure events.

 

Product information

We try to keep product descriptions images dimensions colors and specifications accurate. Minor differences may occur due to photography display settings material batches or product improvements. For bulk orders buyers should confirm samples specifications and packaging before production.

 

OEM/ODM and intellectual property

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that any logos designs trademarks artwork labels and packaging files they provide do not infringe third-party rights. SaiguTechs will use buyer-provided materials only for the confirmed order unless otherwise agreed.

 

Payment and shipping

Payment method deposit balance payment currency trade terms shipping method freight responsibility customs clearance duties taxes and insurance are confirmed case by case in the proforma invoice or written agreement. International buyers are responsible for import clearance duties taxes and local compliance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Limitation

SaiguTechs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect buyer information delayed payment customs issues destination regulations shipping carrier delays force majeure or buyer-arranged logistics. Our responsibility for any confirmed claim is limited to the affected goods under the relevant order.
