Shipping Policy
SaiguTechs supplies ergonomic office chairs for wholesale OEM/ODM project and bulk purchase orders. Shipping arrangements are confirmed according to each buyer's order quantity destination packaging requirements and agreed trade terms.
Shipping methods
For samples and small orders we can arrange express courier or air shipment when available. For bulk orders common shipping options include sea freight air freight rail freight truck delivery or buyer-appointed freight forwarder collection. The suitable method will be confirmed before order production or shipment.
Shipping terms
Available trade terms may include EXW FOB CIF CFR DAP DDP or other terms agreed in writing. The selected trade term port destination freight cost and responsibility for customs clearance duties taxes insurance and local delivery will be stated in the quotation proforma invoice or written agreement.
Lead time
Production lead time depends on product model quantity material availability color packaging logo/customization requirements and factory schedule. Estimated lead time will be confirmed before order placement. Shipping transit time depends on destination carrier schedule customs processing and local delivery conditions.
Freight cost
Freight cost is quoted separately unless the written quotation clearly states that freight is included. Freight rates can change due to fuel cost season carrier space destination charges exchange rate and logistics market conditions. Final freight cost should be confirmed before shipment.
Inspection and documents
We can provide packing list commercial invoice product photos carton marks and other standard export documents according to the agreed shipping arrangement. Buyers should confirm document requirements before shipment.
Shipping damage or delay
If goods are damaged in transit or delayed please contact us as soon as possible with photos videos carton marks tracking information and delivery documents. We will help review the issue and coordinate with the carrier or forwarder according to the agreed shipping terms.
