Return and Refund Policy

 

SaiguTechs supplies ergonomic office chairs primarily for wholesale OEM/ODM project distributor and bulk purchase orders. Most orders are produced or prepared according to the buyer's confirmed quotation specifications quantity color packaging and shipping terms.

 

Order confirmation

Before production or shipment buyers should carefully confirm the proforma invoice product model color quantity accessories packaging requirements logo/customization details destination and trade terms. Customized or made-to-order wholesale products cannot be cancelled or returned after production has started except where there is a confirmed quality issue or a written agreement with SaiguTechs.

 

Inspection and claims

Buyers should inspect the goods cartons and packing list as soon as the shipment is received. If there is visible shipping damage missing cartons wrong items or suspected product defects please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos videos carton marks order number and a clear description of the issue.

 

Quality issue resolution

For confirmed manufacturing defects wrong items or shortages caused by our side SaiguTechs may provide replacement parts replacement products repair guidance credit against a future order or a refund for the affected goods. The final solution will depend on the order terms inspection evidence and whether the issue affects part of the shipment or the whole shipment.

 

Non-returnable items

The following items are generally not returnable customized products private-label/OEM packaging used or assembled chairs products damaged by misuse or improper assembly products damaged by customer-arranged transport clearance samples and products that match the approved sample or confirmed order specification.

 

Return shipping

If a return is approved in writing the return address shipping method packaging requirements and responsibility for return freight will be confirmed case by case. Buyers must not send goods back without written approval from SaiguTechs.
